sunday afternoon: day of learning Korean Kimbap

Last sunday was the day of eating Kimbap.

It's not sushi guys, it's kimbap, Korean food.
My roomate's Korean classmates came to our house on afternoon to cook Kimbaps for us. So cute. It's so nice and funny to prepare some kimbaps to eat with friends. Of course they can eat it everyday 'cause it's their traditional and daily meal (am I right?), so it mustn't be that nice and funny for them... I don't know, but I enjoyed a lot the whole process. This food is really delicious and surprisinly easy to prepare.

You'll need rice, seaweed, some vegetables, tuna, eggs, and a lot of attention to prepare all it. It's not hard, you just must be carefull when rolling that seaweed with everything inside it =) And after rolling, cut it into thick slices. Voilà, you have your Kimbap.

Last sunday was really really funny. They're very nice girls who like to have fun, to party, to talk about anything, to study/practice English and most important, they like to meet new people :) I'm totally grateful by the lovely day of learning these girls offered us. Thnx girls, you're really friendly.

And next time: Brazilian food for them =D
What do you think, feijoada or gaúcho barbecue with cassava (mandioca)? All with rice and caipirinha, of course. Let's see.
